Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Production Coordinator with 2–3 years of experience in production coordination or lead roles, preferably in home remodeling or construction. You will help ensure every project runs smoothly by coordinating crews, managing schedules, verifying materials, and performing accurate measurements.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate installation crews and service appointments
- Verify materials, measurements, and job readiness
- Communicate with customers, installers, and vendors
- Perform accurate on-site measurements for remodeling projects
- Manage work orders, deliveries, and project documentation
- Conduct pre- and post-installation inspections
- Support the Production Manager and General Manager with daily operations
- Troubleshoot scheduling or production issues promptly
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience as a Production Coordinator, Production Lead, or similar role
- Home remodeling or construction industry experience required
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable transportation and all necessary tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or CRM systems)
