Position Summary:
The primary purpose of your job is to transport residents to and from scheduled appointments, activity functions, and in emergency transport situations as directed. Follows all regulatory and safety policies. Transportation is not a full-time schedule within itself. In addition, you will be assigned other duties pertaining to housekeeping and maintenance, such as cleaning resident rooms and other interior/exterior community areas, providing efficient laundry delivery services, and assisting in maintaining a positive physical environment for the residents under the direction of the supervisor.
Education/Qualifications:
High school graduate or equivalent is required.
Must be CPR and BLS certified or willing to obtain certification. Must possess a valid driver license, in good standing as determined by the Community, and must be a minimum of twenty-five (25) years of age.
STNA license preferred, but not required.
Must demonstrate sufficient English proficiency to understand traffic signs, respond to inquiries, and complete required documentation.
Must meet Community driver approval process and have related experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job.
Shift & Wage:
Full-Time Opportunity Available
Shifts Needed: 8:00a - 4:30p
Minor flexibility required for early or late appointments
Wage: $20.00 per hour
