What you'll do
- Run in-home and on-site consultations with homeowners and commercial clients
- Own the full sales cycle from first appointment to signed contract
- Assess project scope, explain our services, and present proposals
- Use our CRM (Lead Perfection), Houzz, and Company Cam to manage your pipeline
- Travel throughout New Orleans and surrounding areas (Metairie, Kenner, and beyond)
What we're looking for
Required
- 3 years of sales experience in construction, renovations, roofing, or a related trade
- Strong working knowledge of residential and/or commercial construction processes
- Reliable transportation (truck not required, but you need a vehicle)
- Ability to assess project scope and speak credibly with homeowners and contractors
- Self-motivated with a track record of hitting sales targets
- Experience with in-home sales
- Familiarity with CRM tools and estimating software
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
