📞 Now Hiring: Call Center Representative – $18/hr | M–F 12pm-7pm | Lebanon, OH

Are you confident on the phone and great with people? We’re hiring a Call Center Representative to join our fast-growing, locally owned home improvement company in Lebanon, OH!

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday–Thursday 12pm-7pm, Friday 12pm-6pm
• Pay: $18/hour
• Location: Lebanon, OH (in-office)
  
  

About the Role:

• Book free in-home estimates for homeowners interested in bath and shower remodeling
• Follow up with warm leads who haven’t scheduled yet
• Use CRM and scheduling software to manage calls and appointments
• No cold calling or telemarketing
• This position is appointment-setting only – you will not handle customer issues
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Great phone presence and conversation skills
• Strong typing, computer, and organizational abilities
• Experience with CRM systems and scheduling software is a plus
• Positive, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• Thrives in a fast-paced, team environment
