- Dispense medications and provide pharmaceutical care to inpatients and outpatients
- Conduct medication reviews, inpatient chart screenings, and support clinical care teams
- Manage inventory, controlled substances, and regulatory compliance
- Counsel patients and customers in a retail pharmacy setting
- Support vaccination and community health initiatives
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals
- Licensed Pharmacist with the Virginia Board of Pharmacy
- Immunization certification required
- Excellent communication and patient service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
- Experience in hospital and retail settings preferred (training available)
- Part-time schedule with no nights or weekends (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
