Personal Qualifications:
A Christian, show responsibility and sensitivity when working with children, and exhibit willingness to take direction from employer and cooperate with other employees.
Experience:
Must be 18 years or older and hold a high school diploma. Teaching: 1 year (Preferred) Childcare: 1 year (Preferred)
Accountability:
Answer to the Director and ultimately to the Broad of Directors.
Function:
Support social, emotional, and positive growth for children. Establish a safe and healthy environment. Establish positive relationships with families. Maintain a commitment to professionalism. Work for the best interest of the center.
License/Certification: Child Development Associate Certification (Preferred)
