Title: Second Assistant Men's Soccer Coach - Seasonal
Position Purpose:
The Second Assistant Men's Soccer Coach will focus primarily on working with the student athletes, and do additional video analysis for competitions.
Job Duties:
- Attend 2-3 practices/week
- Attend home games
- Analyze Bates Men's Soccer team games
- Analyze Bates's Men's Soccer's opponents
- Create video breakdowns
- Assist in all other areas of the Men's Soccer program as deemed necessary
Minimum Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience
- Prior experience playing college soccer preferred.
- Prior experience with coaching student athletes preferred.
Skills and Knowledge
- Commitment to equity and inclusion, and serving the needs of a culturally and educationally diverse community.
- Video analysis experience.
- Familiarity with Hudl and Wyscout.
