Job Overview
Bates Air & Heat is expanding fast, and we are looking for a rockstar Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our front office. You are the first voice our customers hear when they call our shop, so you must bring high energy, great communication skills, and an excellent attitude to the desk every single day.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answering Inbound Calls: Handle incoming customer phone calls with high energy, empathy, and professionalism. Book service appointments cleanly into our system.
- Customer Care: Call clients to confirm scheduled appointments, update customer accounts, and follow up to ensure total satisfaction.
- Support the Board: Work closely with our dispatch center to ensure our service technicians stay busy and have accurate information before they pull up to a house.
- Data Entry: Keep customer accounts, history, and digital files highly organized and accurate.
Pay, Perks, & Opportunities:
- $16.00 – $22.00 Per Hour baseline pay (Based entirely on experience and capability).

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service, phone handling, or retail reception (experience in the home services or automotive trades is a massive plus).
- Excellent Communication: Clear, professional speaking voice with the ability to handle busy phone lines without breaking a sweat.
- Computer Literate: Fast and accurate typing skills; ability to navigate modern booking software quickly.
- Reliability: You must show up on time, ready to work, with a positive attitude that lifts up the office.
