Education and Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years of experience. Associates degree in accounting or finance, preferred.

Supervisory/Management Authority
- No supervisory/management authority.
- Prepares, verifies, and processes invoices for goods or services provided to clients.
- Follows up on, collects, and allocates payments received.
- Monitors customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
- Investigates and resolves customer queries.
- Generates age analysis reports to review outstanding accounts.
- Performs account reconciliations, adjusting entries, and generates financial reports for management review.
- Complies with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Establishes and maintains effective and cooperative working relationships with customers.
- Prepares monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc forecasting reports.
- Participates in credit control activities and decision making.
Education and Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years of experience. Associates degree in accounting or finance, preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
