Basware is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Marketing & Competitive Intelligence to help shape the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for key products in our portfolio. This role combines product marketing leadership with responsibility for integrating competitive intelligence and win/loss analysis to support sales and product teams. You’ll also lead the implementation of an AI-driven CI platform to support these efforts.
This position reports to the Product Marketing Director and is part of the marketing strategy team, working closely with colleagues across the business.

- Develop and maintain global messaging, positioning, and value propositions for assigned products.
- Lead product launches, working with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment.
- Create sales enablement materials, such as pitch decks and solution briefs.
- Support demand generation and content marketing campaigns.
- Represent your product portfolio internally and externally.
- Implement and manage Basware’s AI-powered CI platform.
- Define CI workflows and reporting to deliver insights to Sales, Product, and Executive teams.
- Oversee the win/loss program, including platform management and coordination with internal and external partners.
- Use win/loss insights to refine messaging and sales strategies.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends and incorporate findings into product marketing.
Qualifications
- 7 years of product marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software.
- Experience launching products and driving adoption.
- Familiarity with AI tools for product marketing or competitive intelligence.
- Experience with CI platforms (such as Klue, Crayon, or Clozd).
- Ability to manage win/loss programs and translate insights into strategy.
- Experience with financial services SaaS products is a plus.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on execution.
