We’re looking for a dynamic Field Marketing Manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping Basware’s regional field event strategy at a time of rapid growth and innovation. This is an opportunity to guide the Field Marketing team’s strategy and own programs that directly influence revenue while elevating Basware’s voice with enterprise accounts in key markets across your assigned region in North America.

What You’ll Do
- Plan and execute a calendar of high-impact field marketing programs that build brand presence and deepen relationships with target accounts in the Central and West regions.
- Design and run engaging webinars and virtual events that generate qualified accounts and nurture prospects through the funnel.
- Collaborate with sales, customer success, partners, SDRs, and marketing teams to align field marketing plans with revenue goals and GTM priorities.
- Integrate AI-driven insights and trends into event content to position Basware as a leader in Invoice Lifecycle Management innovation.
- Measure and report on event performance, ROI, and program optimization for continuous improvement.
What You Need
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing field marketing, virtual events, or demand generation, ideally for SaaS or finance audiences.
- Proven track record of end-to-end planning and executing of both in-person and virtual events that drive measurable pipeline impact.
- Strong proficiency with marketing automation, webinar platforms, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, and ON24).
- Adept at managing diverse stakeholders from sales leaders to marketing colleagues and external vendors.
- Experience integrating emerging technologies, including AI, into event content and marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze event performance metrics and translate insights into actionable optimizations.
- Experience in high-growth startup environments with rapidly evolving go-to-market strategies.
- Background in B2B enterprise marketing targeting finance and IT audiences.
- Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and tools.
- Knowledge of AI applications in marketing, finance, or customer engagement.
