Job Title: Dispatch Manager/Customer Service Representative
Job Summary:
The Dispatch Manager/Customer Service Representative is responsible for coordinating daily delivery operations, managing driver schedules, and providing exceptional customer service. This role ensures timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining strong customer relationships. This role would require a car and the ability to travel from our warehouse in Marcus Hook, PA to our office in Philadelphia during the work day.
Responsibilities:
* Manage daily dispatch operations, including route optimization and driver scheduling.
* Communicate with drivers, providing delivery instructions and addressing any issues that arise.
* Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and manage customer accounts.
* Generate delivery reports and invoices.
* Coordinate international shipments, including preparing necessary documentation.
* Provide support to the Office Manager and other team members as needed.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, or customer service.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
