As a Registered Professional Nurse (RN) you are accountable for the delivery of critical, safe patient care utilizing the ENA nursing process. You will assess, plan, deliver, coordinate, integrate, and evaluate nursing care related to patients medical condition. You will contribute to the support of patients through interdisciplinary teamwork. You are accountable to assure that the care provided is consistent with applicable ENA and standards, regulations, statutes and state, federal law. You will serve as a resource for other staff and clinicians as required. You will provide leadership to department staff, serving as a resource and mentor.
