Essential Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner to enhance the customer experience.
- Accurately process cash, credit/debit card, and mobile payments using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain an organized and balanced cash drawer throughout the shift.
- Provide information about menu items and stadium policies.
- Ensure orders are entered correctly and communicate clearly with kitchen staff when needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of the cashier station, including counters and surrounding areas.
- Follow all company policies regarding cash handling, refunds, and exchanges.
- Assist with restocking items such as napkins, utensils, and beverages.
- Work efficiently during peak times to minimize guest wait times.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic familiarity with electronic payment systems is a plus.
Physical Demands
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Frequent use of hands for handling cash, scanning items, and operating POS equipment.
- Occasional lifting of light items (up to 20–25 pounds).
- Fast-paced, high-traffic stadium environment during events.
- Exposure to noise, crowds, and varying temperatures depending on location.
