Position Summary
We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic Guest Services Representatives to perform as ushers and ticket takers (positions which could be interchangeable based on the event date) who will greet and assist guests with ticket scanning, locating their seat or other destination in the stadium, crowd control and answering questions, as guests attend soccer matches or other events held at Ruoff Mortgage Stadium.
Fort Wayne FC home matches run mostly on Saturday evenings from May 2 through October 24, with a few Wednesday matches. Additional stadium event dates will vary.
Essential Responsibilities
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Must have outstanding customer service and willingness to smile and talk to guests to positively represent the Stadium and its events; able to take direction from supervisor or upper management; able to react quickly and seek appropriate help, as needed, for emergency or elevated situations. Must enjoy working with the public.
Experience And Training
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Physical Demands: Able to walk and stand on concrete flooring for up to four (4) hours; ascend and descend stairs as needed; grasp, reach, stoop and speak. Reasonable accommodations may be made for those who require a seated position or individuals with disabilities in order to perform the essential functions.
Work Environment: Able to work in an outdoor environment with exposure to heat, cold, rain, wind, and other weather conditions. Able to focus on providing customer experience and attending to guest needs. Can tolerate high noise levels. Ability to function in a high activity and potentially crowded venue.
Event Attire
Event day staff will be provided with a designated event staff shirt and will need to wear their own black pants or long shorts (based on an approved attire list). Comfortable shoes are suggested.

Essential Responsibilities
- Scan electronic tickets utilizing provided technology
- Direct guests to seat location and other common destinations in the stadium
- Answer general questions about the stadium in a respectful and friendly manner
- Be flexible and adjust to situations as they occur
- Maintain position and attention at assigned post
- Light cleaning of stadium seats and/or aisles, as needed
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during special events, as needed.

- Applicants must be 16 years of age or older.
- Must be able to work at least 75% of the scheduled FWFC events within the required arrival and end times as established by supervisor.
