Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant, based in Apopka, FL. The Administrative Assistant will provide essential support by handling daily clerical tasks, coordinating communications with families regarding patient costs, and performing various administrative activities. Additionally, this role requires excellent organization and multitasking skills to ensure the smooth operation of the office and effective communication with staff and clients.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including record management, filing, and organization.
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to ensure professional and effective interactions with clients and team members.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency with office tools, software applications, and multitasking systems is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in office administration or related fields is a plus.
