Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and food safety.
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately and swiftly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance sales.
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food handling zones in compliance with health regulations.
- Assist with food delivery from kitchen to customers, including bussing tables and supporting food presentation.
- Support team members during busy periods by managing time effectively and multitasking across various duties.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food preparation or quick service restaurants is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude.
- Ability to handle food safely and follow sanitation standards diligently.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order accuracy.
- Excellent time management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
