We are currently looking for a friendly, professional, and hardworking team member to join our front crew team. The ideal candidate must have experience in the food service industry, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment during rush periods.
As a front crew member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the store, assisting with daily operations, and ensuring all guests have a positive experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Prepare and serve ice cream and related products efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the store
- Work quickly and effectively during busy rush periods
- Follow operational procedures and management directions
- Restock supplies and assist with daily store upkeep
- Maintain a clean, coordinated uniform appearance including required hats
Requirements:
- Previous food service or customer service experience preferred
- Must possess a valid Food Handler Certificate
- Must be dependable, punctual, and well-mannered
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Must be able to follow directions and company policies
- Must maintain professionalism and cleanliness at all times
- Weekend and evening availability is required
Schedule:
This is a part-time position only.
Applicants must be flexible with scheduling, including weekends and on-call shifts as needed. Team members should be available to rotate between both shift schedules based on business needs.
