What are the responsibilities and job description for the Crew Member position at Baskin Robbins?
- Provide customer engagement in positive and approachable manner
- Greet guests.
- Scoop ice cream cones and cups meeting brand standards.
- Responsible for presenting a clean and attractive store to each and every Guest who visits.
- Fresh pack ice cream per store standards.
- Fulfill all orders including special orders.
- Prepare all fountain items according to recipe.
- Keep the store clean and sanitary, especially the dessert prep area, counter tops, utensils and dining area.
- Must be able to work until 11 p.m. Please provide hours of availability. The store operation hours are 11 a.m. until closing 7 days a week.
- Flexible schedule and paid training.
- Accurately handle customer funds and process transactions using a POS system.Perform other duties as assigned. Age: 16 according to federal regulations.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 15.0 per week
