What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cashier / Crew Member / Customer Service position at Baskin-Robbins?
Baskin-Robbins is the industry leader in ice cream and frozen desserts. We service icecream cones, sundaes, drinks, and ice cream cakes. However, our goal is to provide our guests with a WORLD CLASS EXPERIENCE!
We need high energy people who know how to smile and to fit into our high energy atmosphere. We are looking for detailed oriented people to deliver our high quality products and serve them in a fast paced high energy environment.
You must be able to work well in a team environment. Job duties include: taking and filling customer orders, clean up, stocking inventory.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
- Be highly efficient in speed, accuracy and quality
- Assisting customers by preparing orders, selling cakes, and completing transactions.
- Refilling all goods and ensuring a ready-to-run condition.
- Cleaning customer area and work area regularly to provide a hygienic, presentable store.
- Guaranteeing a warm, welcoming environment for all customers.
- Takes initiative to assist other crew members when additional help is needed to serve guests and does so with a SMILE

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
