Part-Time Restaurant Manager – Baskin-Robbins
Baskin-Robbins is currently seeking a motivated, experienced, and hands-on Restaurant Manager to help lead daily operations in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a strong leader with excellent communication skills, management experience, and the ability to drive sales growth while maintaining high operational standards.
This is a part-time management position averaging approximately 20 hours per week. Candidates must be flexible with scheduling, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and on-call situations when needed.
The ideal candidate will have previous restaurant or quick-service management experience, strong leadership abilities, social media and marketing awareness, and the ability to professionally manage employees while creating a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily restaurant operations
- Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and train new crew members
- Ensure all employees are properly trained within company standards
- Supervise employees and maintain professionalism throughout shifts
- Coach, mentor, and discipline employees when necessary
- Write up employees professionally when policies or expectations are not met
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Help increase overall sales, profitability, yogurt sales, and store performance
- Promote sales growth through local marketing and social media engagement
- Assist in bringing new business into the store through promotions and community interaction
- Ensure all daily tasks and operational duties are completed efficiently
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering ice cream, supplies, and deliveries when directed
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, food safety, and operational standards
- Ensure the store is fully stocked and prepared for busy rush periods
- Lead by example and work alongside crew members when needed
- Help create a positive, fast-paced, and team-oriented work environment
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of restaurant or retail management experience required
- Previous quick-service or ice cream industry experience preferred
- Baskin-Robbins experience is a plus
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Must be able to work independently and manage a team effectively
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Strong understanding of customer service and food safety standards
- Must possess excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Social media and promotional marketing experience preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Food Handler Certification preferred
Schedule:
This is a part-time position only and is not full-time.
Managers must be available to work flexible shifts, including:
- Weekdays
- Weekends
- Evening shifts
- On-call coverage when necessary
Typical operational shifts may include:
- 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
