Bask Health aims to be the Shopify for e-prescribing.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying areas for improvement in clients' telehealth business, providing support and guidance to clients, and conducting regular check-ins to ensure clients' needs are met.QualificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsExperience in account management, customer service, or a related fieldFamiliarity with telehealth and/or healthcare industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferredRequirementsQualifications:Experience: 3-5 years of experience in account management within a SaaS or eCommerce environment.Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for customer success.Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the healthcare or telehealth industry is a plus.Proactive Mindset: Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.BenefitsBenefits:Great compensation package and stock options.
