Responsibilities and Duties:
Develop technical project plans, processes, reports, and contract briefings.
Identify and track program action items while monitoring ongoing projects and initiatives.
Coordinate project schedules and capture meeting minutes.
Provide program planning and coordination support.
Organize and facilitate meetings and presentations.
Assist the program sponsor with assessing, documenting, and tracking program requirements.
Communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) across programs, with clients, stakeholders, and contractors.
Collaborate within cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Set priorities, implement tasking, and deliver outputs that comply with project schedules and standards.
Provide technical consultation, meeting coordination, and support for technical briefings
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Must have an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a Favorable Polygraph.
All positions are 100% on site.
Demonstrated experience in program planning and coordination support.
Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio).
Proven ability to manage priorities across multiple projects.
Experience facilitating and supporting Agile (Scrum or Kanban) activities.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
