What You’ll Be Doing
As our Office & Team Experience Manager, you’ll own everything that makes the Basis office hum—how it looks, how it runs, and how it feels to walk in each morning.
- Manage all facilities operations– vendors, supplies, maintenance, deliveries, and relationships with our building partners.
- Own the look, feel, and function of our space, ensuring it’s always organized, delightful, and ready for what’s next.
- Lead logistics for office expansion and employee growth, partnering closely with leadership and external vendors.
- Track and manage budgets for facilities and employee experience initiatives.
- Coordinate logistics for team and visitors — from travel to meeting setup.
- Continuously look for ways to improve our space, systems, and rituals as we grow.
- Plan - along with the rest of the Office of CEO - regular team events, celebrations, and in-office rituals that build connection and reflect who we are.
- Surprise and delight the team with thoughtful touches– birthdays, milestones, or simply “just because.”
- Partner on onboarding and day-one experiences that make every new hire feel instantly welcomed and thrilled to be part of the team.

What You’ll Bring

- 3-5 years of experience in office management, hospitality, or workplace operations.

Salary : $70,000 - $120,000
