Position: Parts Counter Associate
Location: Basil Ford Niagara Falls- 6980 Niagara Falls Blvd, Niagara Falls NY 14304
Parts Counter Associate Compensation: Between $55,000 to $70,000 annually (based on knowledge, & experience).
Schedule: 5 Day Work Week - Monday-Friday 8 a.m.- 5 p.m. with Saturday rotation OR 8 a.m.- 5 p.m. Tuesday-Saturday

What you'll do:
- Assist retail customers and service technicians in identifying and ordering the correct parts.
- Process parts orders, returns, and invoices efficiently and accurately.
- Educate customers on all required parts to successfully complete repairs.
- Maintain parts inventory levels and organization.
- Research parts availability, pricing, and warranty information.
- Answering telephone calls punctually and considerately to make every effort to satisfy the caller’s inquiry.
- Support daily parts department operations and ensure timely delivery to the service department.
- Attention to detail when completing vehicle repair orders.
- Stock incoming inventory in the correct location
- Build lasting relationships with customers, vendors and internal team members.
- Strong computer skills - parts catalogs and parts processing performed electronically.
- 2 years of experience in an automotive parts department (Ford experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and parts cataloging
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with solid organizational abilities
- Proficient with computer systems and dealership management software
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
