We’re looking for a dedicated Body Shop Advisor to expand our team and help deliver exceptional service and results to our customers. In this role, you'll work alongside some of the best collision center professionals in the industry, ensuring all repairs are performed accurately and delivered on time.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding body repair services

• Build strong relationships with customers by providing top-tier service and clear communication

• Accurately assess customer needs and manage repair expectations

• Communicate effectively between customers and the collision repair team to ensure timely updates

• Maintain and update repair order records using our internal systems

• Coordinate repair workflow from intake to delivery

• Ensure all processes meet or exceed customer satisfaction and company standards

• Assist with additional tasks as needed within the body shop

• 100% commitment to customer satisfaction

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Leadership qualities and the ability to take initiative

• Experience with ADP/CDK systems is a plus (not required)

• Valid NYS Driver’s License required
