Position: Automotive Office Assistant
Location: Basil Ford- 1540 Walden Ave. Cheektowaga, NY 14225
Schedule: Full Time - Monday - Friday
Compensation: Between $18.00-20.00 per hour (based on knowledge, experience, store franchise and volume).

Position: Automotive Office Assistant

Compensation: Between $18.00-20.00 per hour (based on knowledge, experience, store franchise and volume).
Job Responsibilities
- Process and file vehicle sale paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with title, registration and DMV documentation.
- Post vehicle sales, payments, and receipts in the accounting system.
- Support accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Reconcile daily deposits, handle petty cash, and assist with end-of-month reports.
- Maintain and organize invoices, and office files.
- Communicate with sales, service, and parts departments to ensure accurate data entry and paperwork completion.
- Greet and assist customers and vendors.
- Order office supplies and support general administrative functions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned or needed.
- Prior dealership office experience required (minimum 1-2 years)
- Knowledge of dealership management systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft office
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must have experience in bookkeeping and costing deals
