AGE
You are 18 years or older (required for alcohol service).
SCHEDULE
SCHEDULE (REQUIRED)
We operate on two fixed shift patterns:
- Wednesday–Saturday evenings
- Monday, Tuesday, Friday evenings Saturday (split or evening)
You must be available for one of these schedules.
Saturday availability is required and may be scheduled as either:
- Split shift, or
- Evening shift (starting at 5:00 PM)
Late arrivals or limited Saturday availability will not meet the needs of this role.
This schedule is not flexible.
STRUCTURE
You follow clearly defined steps of service and service protocols.
Consistency and follow-through are required.
About the role
Basil & Bourbon is a small, independently owned dinner house in downtown Bolivar. Service here is paced, structured, and food-focused—even on busy shifts.
We operate with:

- A pooled tip structure that reflects whole-house service
This role is for someone who works well within structure, values consistency, and operates as part of a team.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
