Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Superintendent role based in El Paso, TX. The Superintendent will oversee all aspects of construction site operations, including scheduling, coordination with subcontractors, and on-site supervision of work crews. Key responsibilities include ensuring projects meet quality standards, budgets, and deadlines, enforcing safety protocols, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. The Superintendent will also conduct site assessments, review project plans, and resolve any on-site challenges as they arise to ensure the smooth execution of construction projects.
