WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Offer high level of professionalism and problem solving during installation projects
- Offer high quality installations with a retrofit focus
- Have a "get it done" attitude
- Be a team player with an ability to mentor junior installers
- Have the desire to learn and grow in these skill sets
WHAT YOU BRING | THE PERSON
- Carpentry
- Framing
- High-end window installation
- High-end door installation
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent
- Ability to comply with Lead Safe Work Practices and OSHA standards is required
- Ability to repeatedly lift 50 pounds, climb and work from ladders and scaffolding and perform physically demanding tasks associated with construction projects
- Valid Driver's License and good driving record
