We are seeking a skilled and experienced Auto Glass Installer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and repairing auto glass on a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and buses. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Install and repair auto glass on various types of vehicles
- Remove old and damaged glass and prepare surfaces for new glass installation
- Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and fit glass to vehicle specifications
- Ensure that all installations meet safety and quality standards
- Provide excellent customer service and answer any questions or concerns from customers
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and timely
- Participate in training and professional development activities as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in auto glass installation and repair
- Knowledge of auto glass repair techniques and tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
