As a Chemical Loader at our Freeport site, you will be responsible for the safe transfer of production materials to and from multiple modes of transportation.
As a Chemical Loader, you create chemistry by...
- Unloading inbound raw materials and loading outbound finished goods across multiple modes: truck, rail, marine, totes, drums, etc.
- Performing rail switching activities, including operating a railcar mover, groundman for switching activities, operating a rail switch, and crossing guard function
- Providing troubleshooting of equipment prior to maintenance involvement then identifying and communicating when maintenance work is needed
- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent or a minimum 2 years of manufacturing related experience in a plant environment
