Working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, you will play a key role in maintaining operational excellence, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and delivering products that meet the needs of customers around the world.

During your 10-hr Day Shift as a Production Machine Operator you will…
- Ensure top quality while packaging agricultural components into cases
- Troubleshoot and operate automated machinery related to packaging
- Operate aseptic filling equipment for sterile product transfers
- Perform related preventative maintenance on plant machinery and equipment including conveyors, tapers, fillers, printers, and safety equipment
- Keep a clean and organized work area
- Have a High School Diploma or GED with at least 2 years of Industrial/Mechanical experience
- Are familiar with automated or robotic equipment
- Have an eye for detail, and understand quality control
- Have a proven track record of critical thinking and process improvements
- Have some forklift operator experience (preferred)
