Skills and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals

  • Collaborate with sales and service teams to achieve revenue targets

  • Identify potential leads and prospects with an end user focus

  • Convert leads into sales through effective communication and service

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within client companies

  • Create, design, estimate and present proposals for all systems offerings including inspections, service, maintenance, and installation

  • Procurement and management of labor, materials, and technology resources

  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed

  • Assist with project close-out: punch list, final billing, collections

  • Provide customer follow up and support

  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction

  • Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively

Qualifications

  • Five or more years of experience in sales

  • Knowledge and experience with low voltage, construction, and sales

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proven ability to relate and communicate with employees and customers across the organization.

  • Strong computer skills

  • Competitive spirit and customer service minded skillset

  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing schedules and scenarios.

  • Valid Drivers License
