The Account Executive ensures exceptional customer experiences and driving business sales. This position combines sales and customer relations to build and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers.
Skills and Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals
Collaborate with sales and service teams to achieve revenue targets
Identify potential leads and prospects with an end user focus
Convert leads into sales through effective communication and service
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within client companies
Create, design, estimate and present proposals for all systems offerings including
inspections, service, maintenance, and installation
Procurement and management of labor, materials, and technology resources
Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed
Assist with project close-out: punch list, final billing, collections
Provide customer follow up and support
Ensure Customer Satisfaction
Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
Qualifications
Three or more years of experience in sales or customer relations
Knowledge and experience with low voltage, construction, and sales
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to relate and communicate with employees and customers across the
organization.
Strong computer skills
Competitive spirit and customer service minded skillset
Flexibility and adaptability to changing schedules and scenarios.
Physical Requirements
Ability and willingness to travel as needed
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. of materials at times
Ability to respond to phone calls, emails and/or text messages
Ability to have prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Ability to walk distances and climb stairs for occasional site visits
