Position Overview: 

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking production employee to join our team. As a production employee you will play a crucial role in the installation and production process, working alongside our experienced installation crew to deliver top-notch service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

· Assist with the installation of basement waterproofing systems, crawl space encapsulation products, foundation repair solutions, and basement finishing materials according to company standards and specifications.

· Prepare job sites by setting up equipment, tools, and materials needed for installation.

· Perform physical tasks such as digging, trenching, lifting heavy objects, and operating power tools as required during the installation process.

· Follow safety protocols and adhere to all safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.

· Communicate effectively with the crew and managers to coordinate tasks and ensure timely completion of projects.

· Maintain clean and organized work areas, including cleaning up job sites and properly disposing of debris and waste materials.

· Maintain clean and organized work truck.

· Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer questions and concerns, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the installation process.

· Previous experience in construction, general labor, or a related field is preferred but not required.

· Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, bending, kneeling, and working in various weather conditions.

· Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills and techniques.

· Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

· Basic knowledge of hand and power tools and the ability to operate them safely.

· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
