- Conduct in-home consultations and assessments to identify basement and foundation issues
- Present and sell waterproofing, foundation repair, and structural solutions to homeowners
- Perform installation and service of basement waterproofing systems, sump pumps, and foundation repair products
- Diagnose structural and moisture-related problems and recommend appropriate remediation solutions
- Maintain accurate records of service visits, sales activity, and customer interactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any post-installation concerns
- Represent the company professionally on job sites and in customer homes
Requirements:
- Prior experience in foundation repair, waterproofing, construction, or a related trade preferred
- Strong sales aptitude with the ability to close deals and meet revenue targets
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, digging, and working in crawl spaces or confined areas
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage time independently in the field
- Basic computer or tablet skills for documentation and scheduling
