Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct field crew members on residential and commercial foundation repair job sites
- Oversee daily operations including excavation, waterproofing, structural repair, and drainage system installation
- Ensure all work is completed safely, on schedule, and to company quality standards
- Communicate with project managers and office staff regarding job progress, materials, and scheduling
- Train, mentor, and motivate crew members to maintain high performance and workmanship
- Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot issues as they arise on the job
- Maintain accurate records of daily work, materials used, and crew hours
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in foundation repair, waterproofing, or general construction
- Prior foreman or crew lead experience strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of foundation systems, drainage, and basement waterproofing techniques
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate company vehicles and equipment
- Physical ability to perform demanding outdoor labor in varying weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering quality results on every job
