Position Overview
Reporting to the CEO, the Cyber Security Project Manager serves as the primary coordinator and point of contact for all contractor activities, ensuring timely and quality delivery of both the Professional IT Security Consulting Services and the annual Cyber Resiliency Assessment. This role manages project planning, scheduling, communications, and reporting, including bi-weekly status updates and monthly progression reports. The Project Manager oversees task execution across technical and assessment-related workstreams, ensures compliance with customer requirements, facilitates meetings with stakeholders, and maintains alignment between customer objectives and contractor performance.

Required Qualifications
- Active Top Secret/SCI Security clearance
- Active PMP
- Active CISSP, CISM, or CGRC/CAP
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 7 years project or program management experience in IT security, cybersecurity consulting, or federal IT modernization.
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-disciplinary cybersecurity teams including:
- Security architecture
- Cloud security
- Policy & governance
- Compliance & assessments
- Vulnerability management
- Experience delivering projects supporting federal cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST 800-53, NIST CSF, Zero Trust).
- Experience with hybrid contracts (Labor-Hour FFP) and managing deliverables and hours tracking.
- Strong background in producing and managing technical documentation, reports, and client communication.
