POSITION OVERVIEWReporting to the Project Manager, the Senior Cybersecurity Architect & Security Governance Consultant serves as customer's primary cybersecurity consultant, providing security architecture, cyber alerting, policy development, Zero Trust integration, cloud security posture management, and incremental performance assessments for new controls. The resource participates in technical meetings, reviews system changes, evaluates security tools, enhances operational monitoring capabilities, and provides direct guidance on improving customer's overall cybersecurity program.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSActive Top Secret/SCIOne or more of: CISSP (strongly preferred), CCSP, CISM, CGRC/CAP, or AWS/Azure Security certifications.Bachelor’s in Cybersecurity, CS, IT, or equivalent8–12 years of cybersecurity engineering/architecture experience Expertise in: NIST 800-53, NIST CSF, FISMA, Zero Trust architectures Cloud security (AWS & Azure) including CSPM, IAM, misconfiguration analysis SIEM/log correlation, cyber alerting workflows NAC, segmentation, RBAC, device posture enforcement Policy and procedure development (IR plans, BIA, SSP, POA&M) MITRE ATT&CK mapping and security control performance testing
Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
