What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Floor Coordinator position at Base Lab Tools Inc?
Base Lab Tools is a small manufacturing shop looking for a sharp, detail-driven person to be the eyes and ears of our production floor.
This role is about keeping standards — not keeping a desk. You'll be on your feet, walking the floor, making sure work is done on time, to spec, and to standard. That means work instructions are followed, the shop stays clean and organized, tools are where they belong, and output stays on pace.
What you'll actually do:
- Walk the floor daily and catch what others miss — tools out of place, machines running wrong, areas left dirty, kanban not followed
- Keep production on pace against established time standards
- Hold the team accountable to work instructions — every time, not just when it's convenient
- Report output and issues to management daily — clearly and honestly
You're the right fit if:

8AM–4:30PM, Monday–Friday. Drug-free workplace.
