Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Back-Up Customer Service Representative to support our production and customer service operations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, able to manage customer orders, documentation, and production support activities while ensuring compliance with food safety and quality systems.
Duties
- Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain knowledge and implementation of 5S principles.
- Actively participate in maintaining and verifying the Food Safety Program.
- Maintain knowledge of GMPs and Safety Policy.
- Maintain understanding of ISO-9001 and FSSC 22000 requirements as they relate to processes.
- Assist with creation of customer samples for Production.
- Develop expertise in all customer production processes.
- Complete Customer Purchase Order Reviews.
- Maintain customer property.
- Maintain knowledge and implementation of Security Policy.
- Maintain working knowledge of Navision, including:
- Customer Sales Orders
- Item-card setup
- Bill of Materials setup
- Purchase Orders
- Daily Production Output metrics
- Customer invoicing
- Prepare and arrange customer shipping and receiving.
- Order components required to meet customer needs.
- Maintain G.R. Tickets for completed production runs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
