Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mason, OH, for a Customer Service Specialist. Daily responsibilities include managing customer interactions via phone, email, or other communication channels with professionalism and efficiency. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service practices, ensuring a professional and helpful approach to all inquiries
- Demonstrated expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience, with a focus on creating positive interactions
- Strong Phone Etiquette and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and maintain high levels of efficiency
