Role Description
As a Human Resources Specialist/Generalist at Barts Electric, you will be responsible for executing a broad range of HR functions to support the organization's objectives. This full-time, on-site role is located in Liberty, MO. Core responsibilities include managing HR policies, administering employee benefits, handling personnel management tasks, and assisting with overall HR operations. You will also support compliance with employment regulations, provide guidance to employees on HR-related matters, and assist in fostering a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Working knowledge and experience in Human Resources, including HR Management and day-to-day HR operations.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing HR Policies.
- Experience in administering Employee Benefits and personnel management to ensure team well-being and organizational alignment.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance regulations.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
