Previous experience with manufacturing is required. Experience with Electro-Mechanical assembly would be a HUGE plus.Ability to communicate with employees in English and Spanish is required.Compensation Range: $60,000 to $65,000/yr. Manage inventory levels and handle parts requests for the production line. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies, addressing any issues promptly. Support the Production Manager to meet production goals and deadlines Monitor workflows and processes to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements. Track attendance, approve time-off requests, and report absences or tardiness. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace that promotes efficiency and quality.
