Barton County Community College is seeking applications for the Project
Director of the TRIO/Barton County Upward Bound program. This is a
replacement, full-time position, responsible to the VP of Student
Services, to develop and manage the federally funded Upward Bound
project. Upward Bound is a college preparatory grant program which
provides academic support services to high school students in an effort
to encourage and support enrollment in and graduation from a Bachelors
level educational program. Qualifications: Masters degree in education,
student services or related field; demonstrated knowledge of PSEI
matriculation, admissions, financial aid, and other related processes.
Must possess strong written and oral communication skills and
demonstrated ability to work productively as part of a team. Successful
experience with management or implementation of similar programming.
