Job Summary:
We are looking for a versatile and energetic Barista/Bartender to join our team. This role requires a customer-focused individual with a passion for crafting high-quality beverages, serving delicious food, and providing an outstanding guest experience. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Barista Duties:
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and other coffee-making equipment.
- Maintain knowledge of coffee blends, brewing techniques, and latte art.
- Ensure product consistency and quality by following recipes and presentation standards.
- Keep the workstation clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.
Bartender Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine.
- Follow recipes and presentation guidelines to ensure drink consistency.
- Check customer identification and adhere to responsible alcohol service policies.
- Maintain a clean and stocked bar, including washing glassware and restocking ingredients.
- Engage with customers, take orders, and upsell menu items when appropriate.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
- Utah Food Handler and Alcohol Certificates are required.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, and move quickly for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a busy and sometimes noisy environment.
Pay: $21.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 35.0 per week
