Lawn Supervisor/Crew Leader

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Lawn Supervisor/Crew Leader to oversee and lead our landscaping and lawn care teams. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring high-quality landscape maintenance, and fostering a positive team environment. Your leadership will drive the success of our projects by coordinating tasks, supervising crew members, and maintaining the highest standards of horticulture and lawn care. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of landscaping and lawn care technicians, ensuring efficient completion of daily tasks
• Coordinate landscape maintenance activities including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, and planting
• Monitor quality standards across all projects, providing guidance and feedback to crew members
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times during construction, gardening, or tree care activities
• Assist with client communication to understand project needs and deliver outstanding service
• Maintain equipment and tools, scheduling regular maintenance to ensure reliability and safety

Experience

• Must have Valid Drivers License.
• Min. 5yrs experience in landscaping, lawn care, gardening, horticulture or similar fields
• Must be able to pass background check
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively
• Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining attention to detail
