Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Take Off Estimator to join our team on-site at our St. Louis Park, MN location. The Take Off Estimator will be responsible for analyzing architectural plans to create detailed material take-offs. This role involves ensuring compliance with plan specifications, organizing and maintaining project documentation, and providing support during the bid and proposal process. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results within deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge in reading and analyzing architectural drawings
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge in relevant estimation software a plus
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and meet project deadlines
- Prior experience in construction, building materials, or related industries is preferred, but not required
- $22-$25 / Hour Benefits (Health, Dental, Life and Profit Sharing)
