Starting Wage: $4,800 / biweekly, depending on experience.
Internal Hires: Pay rate will be determined based on applicable personnel rule or union contract terms.

Job Summary
The Director of Rehabilitation Services is responsible for the planning, coordination, staffing, administration and efficient operation of the Rehabilitation Services Department and Wildflower Court Rehabilitation Department. This includes providing exemplary Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy services to BRH patients and Wildflower Court patients. The Director is expected to: develop departmental objectives and budget, establish policies and procedures, coordinate employee training, maintain effective communication, coordinate coverage and training across settings, and participate in teaching and directing patient care.
Desired Qualifications:
- License(s): Current State of Alaska Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy License in good standing.
- Experience: Five years of clinical experience as a practicing Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Therapist with one-year supervisory experience, preferred.
- Certification: Valid driver’s license, current auto liability insurance and reliable transportation is required if providing patient care to Home Care Services..
